Applications
Aluminium slugs of different shapes are heat-treated, soft-annealed and the surface tumbled or sand blasted. Aluminum Slug are widely used for the manufacturing of aluminum containers or Collapsible Aluminium tubes for cosmetics, pharmaceutical, beverage containers, and many other packaging solutions.
Tubes - Use for manufacturing flexible tube,aerosol can/box,collapsible tube,aluminum bottle, aluminum cover etc, are widely used in cosmetics packaging, electronics, medical, food and automotive industries.
Aerosols -for deodorants, perfume and cosmetics, hair care, pharmaceuticals, foods and household products
Technical extrusion - such as parts for filters, petrol pump housings, pressurised containers, cartridges, impellers, push-fit connections, bottles, tins, bushes, sleeve nuts, sensors, capacitor trays, reflectors, airbag and ABS systems, air conditioning technology, etc.
Packing Process
Corrugated cardboard boxes (25 kg. each), on wooden pallets.
1)The Aluminium Slugs shall be packed in cardboard box of 25kg,and cardboard box will be placed and stacked on wooden pallets,then,will be covered by plastic film,finally,covered by plastic films and reinforced by plastic belt.
2)Packed according to customer’s requirement.
